What cookies are
Cookies are small files saved on your device. Technical tools are necessary for the service to function; those with additional purposes can only be activated after a free, informed choice made separately for each service.
Tools used
| Tool | Controller | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
lp_cookie_consent | Salumificio La Perla (first party) | Stores the choice made in the banner. | Necessary | 180 days |
| Regiondo | Regiondo GmbH (third party) | Widget for availability, prices and online bookings. | Always active — governed by Regiondo's privacy policy | According to provider |
| OpenStreetMap | OpenStreetMap Foundation (third party) | Map display on the Contact page. | External — requires consent | According to provider |
The website does not install its own profiling or advertising tools. The Regiondo booking widget is an essential part of the booking service offered and loads automatically: its cookies are governed by Regiondo's own privacy policy. The non-essential OpenStreetMap map stays blocked until you give specific consent.
Consent record
To be able to demonstrate, if ever required, what choice was made and when (an accountability obligation under the GDPR), the site records a technical log of the choice on its own server: a random, anonymous identifier generated by the browser, the categories accepted or rejected, the version of the notice shown, and the date. The IP address is never stored in plain form: it is transformed with an irreversible cryptographic function (hash) before being recorded, so it cannot be traced back to a real IP address.
Managing or withdrawing consent
You can accept or reject loading the OpenStreetMap map at any time. Rejecting is as simple as accepting and does not prevent you from viewing the site's main content. Your choice can be changed whenever you like via the icon always visible at the bottom of the screen, or using the button below, and will be requested again after around six months or when the tools used change substantially.
