The flavours of the past
A few years ago was created at “La Perla” a special room for tastings able to host over 150 people. Since then, all the visitors have been enjoying and appreciating tasty dishes of delicious cold meat, Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmisan cheese) and precious wines of this area.
The Salumificio “La Perla” organizes guided visits to the factory in order to show all the steps of the production of the Parma ham. After the visit a rich buffet with the possibility to buy directly some of the typical local products.
On previous request, in the “Prosciutteria” guests will have the possibility to get a complete meal made of mixed cold meat, Parmigiano Reggiano, bread, wine and home-made cakes (price to be defined)
